It’s the Law

Due to a recent audit from the State of Oregon we have to change how we receive our payment for our classes, restrings or consignment. We can no longer accept payments through the Bead Trunk. The payment now must be made directly to the instructor. This means we cannot accept Debit or Visa payment for the classes, restrings or consignment. This will not effect how you pay for your beads. The Bead Trunk will still accept Debit or Visa for any merchandise bought from the store for any reason including your class supplies or restring supplies. The instructors will now accept cash or check for the classes. The check will need to be made out to the instructor directly. This means we will only be taking payment two weeks prior to the class. You may still sign up early for any classes if you would like. (We recommend you do sign up early for as some of you know they fill up fast.) The instructors will be notifying each person in the class when payment is due. This makes our cancellation policy even more necessary to follow. The instructor will need a full 24hr notice prior to any cancellation for any reason. We hope you can work with us in this matter and we feel this will not effect the quality of the classes you will be receiving.
